Yes, this is what we call our ALL-AMERICAN Scholarship. The company pays out over $100,000 every year to students across the U.S. This scholarship is based on performance.

We have a pay structure that implements both work ethic and results. There is a guaranteed pay regardless of sales, and then performance-based incentive programs that can be much more lucrative.

Our representatives choose whether they would like to complete appointments in person or virtually. Training and Team Meetings are in person, however appointments can be 100% virtual.
